This is an interview that I had with Finding Your Flow hosts -  Siobhan Leyden and Loreta Bilinskate-Monie - in June 2023.  It had been a long time since my last interview with Siobhan, back on Dubai Eye Radio. As always, it was a fantastic time to catch up and chat all-things life and the journey to wellness.
